Fees & Procedures

Appointments:

Christian Counselors of Mooresville has a variety of counselors to meet your needs. Please call 704-658-0238 to arrange an appointment. Counselors are available Monday through Saturday, 8am-9pm by appointment only.

Fee Structure:

LPC, LCSW, or LMFT: $85/hour
Resident (LPCA): $45/hour
Child Therapy: $45/hour

Payment Policy:

Full payment is due when services are rendered. Payment is accepted by cash, check, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Insurance:

Each client is responsible for his or her own bill and filing their own claims. The client will receive a coded invoice from their therapist to submit to his or her insurance company for reimbursement. Christian Counselors of Mooresville do not accept responsibility for claim denials. Please note clients cannot file claims for interns.

Confidentiality:

All information shared with counselors or staff is treated with respect and confidentiality. However, there are five exceptions to a counselor's confidentiality guidelines, which include concerns about a client's intent to harm themselves, a client's intent to harm another individual, a court order, physical/sexual abuse, or a client's written permission for information about their counseling session to be shared with another person or professional.
